  1. Finance was supposed to be the last function to adopt AI because its tolerance for error is zero. Why do you think it’s moving faster than expected, and what did the sceptics get wrong?
  2. You describe Auditoria’s approach as “governed autonomy.” In practical terms, how does a CFO decide where the agent’s authority ends and a human’s begins, and how often do those boundaries change once teams start using it?
  3. Your agents focus on the work around a transaction rather than the transaction itself: chasing vendor details, answering supplier queries, matching remittances. Why start there, and is that where the real cost in the cash cycle actually sits?
  4. With close to $50 billion in transactions flowing through the platform each year, what happens when an agent gets something wrong? Who is accountable, and how do you build an audit trail an external auditor will accept?
  5. You build on foundation models from OpenAI, Google and Anthropic, and you’re a founding member of Workday’s AI Agent Partner Network. How do you avoid becoming a thin layer on top of other people’s technology, and where does Auditoria’s defensible value lie?
  6. You founded Palerra in cloud security and sold it to Oracle within three years. What did that experience teach you about selling trust to enterprise buyers, and how much of it carries over to finance?
  7. More than 20,000 finance professionals now work alongside your agents. How is the role of an AP or AR team member changing, and what should finance leaders be doing now to prepare their people for it?
