Validity of tourist visa for Canada
The tourist visa for Canada is valid for 5 years. However, if the passport expires before this period, the visa loses its validity. The electronic travel authorisation can be used for multiple entries, with a maximum stay of 6 months. Even if the validity period is 5 years, the information in the eVisa must be kept up to date.

Information needed to obtain a tourist visa for Canada
As mentioned above, the eVisa can be obtained by filling in an online application, which will take about 5 minutes. You will be asked for information such as: first and last name, passport number, passport expiry date, email address and contact details. In addition to filling in this form, an online fee will have to be paid. The visa will then be sent by e-mail.
