Of course, some decisions are really important and the research stage of it will be much more essential, but more often than not just gathering information isn’t always a productive use of time for a business owner.

Matching up receipts, chasing up invoices, and sending out packages, are all things that many people outsource or hire staff to help them with. This is because it is on a high skilled aspect to the business, and can take a lot of time away from other roles. As soon as it is possible the admin side of things can be and should be delegated so that nobody has to spend time on these Repetitive tasks, and you are free to take the steps needed to level your business up over time.
