Mental health issues can present as a result of medical events, such as accidents leading to severe injury. Providing help for such staff to file civil amputation claims against the appropriate parties can help alleviate stress relating to the situation, and hasten their recovery time in the process.

Simple and even subtle changes to the structure of your employees’ working day can also be a major boon for mental health. Giving them the opportunity to choose whether or not to work from home, no questions asked, can alleviate various invisible stresses – as can allowing them to choose their starting and finishing hours each week.
